Terms of sale

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Seller

2. Products and services

• Digital guides: PDF documents and a web version for personal use. Flights, accommodation and bookings are not included.
• Basic tailor-made itinerary: design of a day-by-day route based on the information you give us.
• Premium tailor-made itinerary: the above plus a booking list (official link, on-sale date and whether to book ahead), WhatsApp reminders and guidance while you make your bookings, recommended apps for each country and recommended links. • Practical notes: digital document with practical information for each country.

Animaroute is not a travel agency and does not sell package holidays.

Bookings and purchases

Animaroute does not sell or act as an intermediary for travel services. All bookings and purchases (tickets, accommodation, transport, etc.) are made by you directly with the providers, who are responsible for delivering them. Our service consists of information, planning and guidance.

Some of the links we recommend may be affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change our recommendations.

3. Prices and payment

4. Delivery

Guides: download link by email after payment. Itineraries: within the timeframe agreed in the proposal. [PENDING: delivery times and number of revision rounds included]

5. Right of withdrawal

Digital content (guides): by accepting the immediate download, you give your express consent and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, under article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Tailor-made itineraries: you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the date of purchase. If you ask us to start sooner and the service has been fully provided, you lose that right; if it has been partly provided, you pay the proportional amount. [PENDING: review with your adviser or lawyer]

6. Use of the guides

Guides and itineraries are for your personal use. You may not resell, publicly share or copy them.

7. Liability

We check the information carefully, but prices, opening hours and requirements can change. Please double-check key details before you travel. We are not liable for third-party services.

8. Complaints
